LaceCrochetFinds

I am glad to show you two new items in LaceCrochetFinds. They are pretty similar chokers. The difference is in colours. One is a tiny red choker with Irish crochet red rose, tied with red satin ribbon. The second one is black with Irish crochet red rose, fastened with a “disco” style sparkling black button. Which one do you like more?

Reviews

There have been a few reviews gathered in my shops lately, and I’d like to share them with you.

Two opinions are from CrochetCabinetCrafts.

The following reviews are from StitchersLand.

One review is from LaceCrochetFinds.

I am very thankful for all my customers who support my small business.

New Schedule

I have been writing on this blog non-stop for 539 days. The number of readers decreased until it was down to 1 person. I thought posting every day was not worth doing. So, I decided to write once or twice a week, not more often, because it’s not my job, only a hobby, a desire to share something new that I’ve managed to create. That’s why I’ve been silent for most of the week. I hope you’ll forgive me for that. I’ll be mainly a Sunday blogger, hence my first post after the break today.
So, what’s new in shops? I received several orders this week from all three of my shops. One of them in CrochetCabinetCrafts is perhaps particularly noteworthy: a poppy garland flew to the island of Guam. I’ve never shipped there before, so we’ll see how long it takes for USPS to deliver this order. Immediately after the shipment, I received a new order, again for a poppy garland, but this time with a length of 180 inches, which is 4.5 metres. You can see this garland in action in the picture. So far, I have crocheted 30 poppies, have to make 29 leaves, and the bunting will be ready. It’s the biggest one I’ve ever crocheted. https://www.etsy.com/listing/938898472/crochet-poppies-garland-handmade-poppy

There are new orders for a collar and a black Gothik choker at LaceCrochetFinds. I have already crocheted the choker, but I’m not satisfied with it, so I’m finishing the second one. I’ll see which one is better and send it to the customer. Yes, that’s right, I can crochet the order several times if I don’t like something about it. The life of a perfectionist is difficult. I know a thing or two about it. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1027245160/black-crochet-gothic-lace-choker

And finally, a new scheme appeared in the shop StitchersLand: the wreath of wild roses and leaves. I hope you will love this pattern as much as you love all our other projects. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1353506425/rose-wreath-counted-cross-stitch-pattern

And I would like to remind you that there is a 10% Black Friday discount in all my shops.

All about sales

At the beginning of the year, there were a lot of orders in my shops. Sometimes I had 10 -12 opened orders at the same time. I worked hard and was even able to defend Star seller status. Then, the number of orders started to decrease. Customers bought 1 – 2 things a week from me. That was ok. Unfortunately, now I have no purchases at all. I understand that buyers are waiting for a Black Friday sale. Sure, I settled it on November 18. The problem is that I send orders from Europe and can’t guarantee that the USA will get their orders before Christmas. Besides, my Earlyholiday sale is 20%, and the Black Friday sale will be 10%. So visit my shops now, order something you want, and I’ll send it to you in some days.

Daisies

Even though it’s already autumn, you can still spot daisies in the parks. Thus my post today will be full of these delicate white flowers, ready for use and in the process. I crochet them as garland and separately made flowers for home decoration, as bookmarks and as a collar.

Shipping

Two garlands – Poppies and Daffodils – were sent today to New Zealand, Takapuna North Shore City. There isn’t tracking after the order left Poland, so only the customer’s review can tell me that the garlands are delivered. It may take about 3-4 weeks, I suppose.

And this Navy Blue Choker left home today to Santa Cruz, CA, USA. The registered letter with tracking all the time into the customer doors, so I can relax.

Favourite Collar

I rarely show another of my shops on this side, and I don’t even know why, perhaps because it’s hard to photograph crocheted collars and chokers. But collars make up the main point of this shop, so today I would like to show you my favourite one. This collar is difficult to crochet and handle as you can’t iron it to save its shape. The main embellishment of the collar is the so-called “popcorns” – convex raceme that is almost invisible in photos but looks great in reality.

Crochet Garlands

Sometimes customers asked me how to use my crochet garlands, so I decided to take photos of my image using these buntings – you can see my daughter’s toys bookshelf decorated with Daffodils garland here. Some of these toys act in my other shop as models demonstrating crochet collars for dolls or toys.

Shipping

Monday is a shipping time. Yesterday I completed two orders – flowers bookmarks set and a black lace choker necklace with satin ribbon. Unfortunately, only the choker left home to New York City. Today I packed both orders carefully and noticed that the customer chose the yellow colour for the bookmarks. Thank God I noticed that at all! I asked the customer what shade of yellow she would prefer, and now I have finished and even packed two bookmarks – lilac and dusty pink. If you like them, you are welcome, and I’ll send them to you tomorrow. As you can see in the photos, the packaging is always different for different products – with flowers for bookmarks and with lace for the choker.
