Fall Leaves Bunting

A new Autumn colours garland appears at my shop on Etsy on the 1st of October. Crochet of yellow, orange, first grass green and dark green 100% mercerized cotton yarn. I like these soft colours so much that I decided to add the bunting to my wall decoration. It doesn’t matter that stitched egg relates to Easter. However, it matches all the decor by its colour, in my opinion.

Packaging and Shipping

Our bestseller at CrochetCabinetCrafts was dispatched today morning to Laguna Niguel, CA, USA. It is a colourful bunting that consists of ten flowers and nine leaves units with string, crocheted from 100% mercerized cotton yarn. I have not many orders now, that is why I could take photos of all the packing process using my new stickers, of course 🙂

CrochetCabinetCrafts Bestsellers

Our best selling items in CrochetCabinetCrafts are garlands. Today I decided to check which buntings are our bestsellers. So, customers mostly like and buy our Flowers garland – it sold 11 times. The next is Daisy garland – it has eight sales, then Sunflowers bunting – seven sales, and red Poppy bunting sold six times.

Two sales each have a Pumpkin garland and yellow Daffodils bunting, and white Daffodils garland has only one sale.

Daffodils Garland in Progress

All of my daffodil garlands, yellow and white, sold out. Even though it’s out of season for these flowers, I still prefer to make them and have them in stock – then I can send them to a customer as soon as possible. I crochet a trumpet-shaped corona with dark yellow thread first, and then the petals with yellow or white. I plan to make two garlands of each flower – the longer of 9 flowers and the shorter of 7.

Shipping

Lace collars I pack in ecological boxes and decorate them differently. The collar is attached to the white cardboard with a thread. Then, I put the collar in a box lined with paper, which I only use for collars – it has beautiful peony flowers on it, and then the box itself is decorated, always with lace elements. That’s all. This High Neck Collar was sent today to Neu-Isenburg in Germany. Thank you, Sarah, for your order!

New Collar

New Vintage style collar at LaceCrochetFinds this weekend. I did it! The hardest part was ironing the collar after the wash and getting all the creases into place. I even lightly starched it to keep it in shape. Once again, I am convinced that knitting a piece is the easiest thing.

New Project

I have so many orders, that’s why there is no way to create something new for the shop. Still, I am trying very hard and here is the result of my trials – I will be knitting a modern dahlia garland. Different variations in the shape of the petals are possible – some will be round, others slightly oblong; some will have the middle filled in, others will be empty. And, of course, the colours will be different, based on the threads I have available. It’s all thanks to Tatiana Litke, whose video tutorial I used to make my dahlias.
