As promised, the brooch is ready. There is only one problem with it and it is colour. Actually, the Poppy is dark red with a little shade of pink. I took a million photos and no one shows the colour for real.

Red Poppy Brooch
Red Poppy brooch is crocheting in the Irish style. A tiny coated 0,3 mm wire is added at the end of the process. So petals can change their shape. It looks beautiful but is complicated to crochet. I hope to complete it by tomorrow, so I could show it to you.
Crochet Necklace
When I saw this beautiful variegated yarn in my favourite haberdashery, I knew immediately what to do with it. This way a gift for my friend was made. I am well-satisfied with the result, as this is my first (but not the last) attempt to create jewelry.
