A few weeks ago Durene Jones published new Garden Sal as her weekly Friday freebie. Of course, I took part in it. This is the result of my work. There are the part of a border ( I hate stitch all the border straight away) and two parts – a birdhouse with a pink bird and three butterflies, and a beehive with sweet bee and flowers.
I used my favourite Murano evenweave 32 count and DMC thread for this stitching.
Some time ago Kate Worthington announced new SAL by Lucie Heaton pattern and I sign in for it, because I really like Lucie’s projects. I cross stitched a lot of her mice, but this new project was a surprise. It was created in beautiful shades of blue color and consists of 12 parts, so the project will keep me happy for a long time.
I use Murano 32 count evenweave, pearl colour for this project and DMC thread, as always. I always buy evenweave at my favourite Internet shop HobbyStudio from Elbląg city, this store has never let mi down before.
I get the pattern on the 1st of each month, keep up to date, the next part of the Sal is coming soon.
At the beginning of this year Kate Worthington organized another Sal, to which I immediately joined. Firstly, for the fact that the author of the pattern is Durene Jones and secondly, I love cats. A pattern of each part comes ones a a month , so I embroidered already 8 parts. Cats are awesome, as cats are used to. There are a few photos of them.
