What are my top ten favourite movies? That’s a difficult question because I have over ten top favourite films. But OK, I’ll try to answer it.
- “Moonrise Kingdom” – Wes Anderson
- “Only Lovers Left Alive” – Jim Jarmusch
- “One Flow Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” – Miloš Forman
- “The Pianist” – Roman Polanski
- “Seven Samurai” – Akira Kurosawa
- “8 1/2” – Federico Fellini
- “Blow-Up” – Michelangelo Antonioni
- “Death in Venice” – Luchino Visconti
- “The Banshees of Inisherin” – Martin MacDonagh
- “Blown with the Wind” – David O. Selznick
To sum up, I love all Wes Anderson films, and all Jim Jarmusch films. I also love Fellini, Antonioni, and Visconti films, so I love classic Italian films. Unfortunately, I have no place for French films, but I love them too. And Australian films, and Chinese films, and some Russian films too. I could extend this list endlessly and for that I will put a full stop on it.
