I am extremely happy with this review because it came from New Zealand. We cannot track our parcels from Poland to New Zealand because our Post offices do not sign a propper agreement, so if our customers do not write to us, we aren’t sure that all things are all right. Beautiful review on our products was the best ending of the year. You can leave a review only 100 days after purchasing, that is why the customer wasn’t able to do it. Instead of reviewing a Horse with Daisies chart, she reviewed an Autumn Fox pattern. Thank you very much for your patience in ending the stitching and writing about that to us. We know that our charts are complicated, but the result is always worth it.

I can’t understand what it depends on, though Poczta Polska sometimes makes miracles: the registered letter to France was delivered in six days, and my customer could enjoy the yellow Daffodils garland even before Christmas. If I can rate the customers, Robin would get 20 stars from 10. This order was a real adventure for both of us. Send from Poland on 8 November it first comes to a standstill in Warszaw for nine days, then disappears from tracking with status “send from Poland” for three weeks, and only then appears in the USA. I should say that it reached Robin in two days then. All this time we were in contact, I claimed the reclamation on Polish Post and checked the tracking some times a day. And the whole time, she was calm and patient and said that the parcel would come sooner or later. Finally, after a month of waiting, the order was delivered, and I got this review. I never tire of thanking my customers for their patience and understanding. They are the ones who make me want to work even more.

This review is particularly dear to me because there is an interesting story connected with it. At the beginning of October, Michelle bought a Christmas Stars garland from me. After that, she ordered three more Stars buntings. I sent her the first order on the 5th of October, made the other three garlands and sent them almost a week later, on the 11th of October. Twelve days later, Michelle wrote to me that she had received three buntings and waiting for the first one. The tracking said, “Sent from Poland”. Registered mail from Poland to the USA usually arrives in two weeks, and sometimes even faster. This time, the order from the 5th of October flew to the customer for almost a month. All the colleagues I consulted on the subject said that the parcels sent on 5-6 October were wandering around and had a terrible delay in delivery. What was the reason for this is not known. I am doubting Michelle’s patience and am grateful that she wrote to me after she had received all her ordered garlands. And she still gave me such a lovely review!
