Shipping

I was finishing and packaging last weekend orders all day long. Tomorrow I’ll send three garlands – yellow daffodils, poppies, and flowers to Batavia, IL; pumpkins garland to Stockbridge, GA; and a tiny burgundy choker to Roswell, GA. All orders are from the USA. Thank you, my dear customers 🙂 You can easily see which box the garlands are in – the box tied with the threads buntings are crochet. That helps me not to get confused when packing the orders into envelopes.

Geography

One of the most popular items at my shop is dark red or burgundy colour choker. It was a custom order about the length and yesterday it was despatched to California, San Jose – the cultural, financial and political centre of Silicon Valley and the largest city in Northern California. All these facts are new to me. So I’d like to emphasize that my shops give me the best geography lessons.

(The real colour of the choker is in the second picture).

My New Toy

It’s certainly not a toy, it’s my long-awaited purchase – a mannequin. I choose it after a long time and the main criterion for choosing exactly it was the colour of the upholstery – natural linen of a possible light shade. This was the colour I was looking for because I guess it shows off white, cream, beige collars as well as burgundy, navy blue or black collars. I spent the whole day running around the flat with this mannequin, looking for the best light, which I failed to do because the day is overcast and it’s raining outside, but I took a couple of pictures anyway. Now I have a lot of work – to crochet almost all the collars, take photos of them on a mannequin and upload them to my shop. Wish me luck!
