There are some more parts of the lakesideneedlecraft Sal by Durene Jones design : 9th and 10th. Now I am working on 11th part and I hope to complete it next week.

At the beginning of this year Kate Worthington organized another Sal, to which I immediately joined. Firstly, for the fact that the author of the pattern is Durene Jones and secondly, I love cats. A pattern of each part comes ones a a month , so I embroidered already 8 parts. Cats are awesome, as cats are used to. There are a few photos of them.
Under the Sea
Finally, after a long time, I managed to finish this project. It was one year Sal, arranged by lakesideneedlecraft The author of the pattern is, of course, Durene Jones I have to say that I love her patterns, because they are fabulously beautiful. The heroes, colours, composition and aesthetics of her patterns create a harmonic picture that not only brings us back to our childhood, but also develops our taste. There is a lot of different sea creatures on it: fish, a shark, funny octopus, stars, even a submarine with a boy and a girl, two jellyfish, beautiful Mermaid, a tortoise, a crab, a crayfish, two seahorses, a manta ray, a squid, a snail and a diver. What is more, you can find an old trunk full of gold and jewelery and a lot of pearls on the seabed. So, I hope you understand, that it was a great pleasure to stitich this gorgeous project.

Christmas at Home Sal
At last I had some time to try to complete Christmas at Home SAL by Durene Jones. So I stitched a main room but haven’t decided yet what to stitich in a mirror. I like a cat, a snowman, stockings, chimney, Nutcracker, Christmas tree and all the details here 🙂

Lakeside Needlecraft Durene Jones Fantasy Sal
В начале лета этого года интернет магазин Lakeside Needlecraft (www.lakesideneedlecraft.co.uk) объявил о проведении совместника на тему “Фантазия” по проекту дизайнера Durene Jones. У нее своя сторона на фейсбуке под адресом Durene Jones Cross Stitch и интернет магазин на стороне http://www.etsy.com Я присоединилась к совместнику сразу же, т.к. хорошо знаю и люблю проекты этого дизайнера. Условия участия были несложными: вплата 12,99 фунтов стерлингов за весь совместник и получение фрагмента вышивки 1-го числа каждого месяца, начиная с 1 июля. Далее нужно было определиться, будешь ли заказывать схему в PDF или только ткань, нитки а возможно, и полный набор. Поскольку доставка из Англии в Польшу обходится довольно дорого, я выбрала вариант с PDF. 1-го июля я получила схему рамки вышивки. Вот некоторые фрагменты.
1 сентября я получила схему Pegasus, а 1 октября – Wizzard.
Какие фигуры будут в будущем – неизвестно. В настоящее время в этом совместнике участвует более 600 человек. Мы постоянно обмениваемся фотографиями своих работ, поддерживаем тех, кто сделал ошибку, это называется frog visited :), советуем, если возникает какая-то проблема и конечно, пробуем угадать, какая фигура появится следующей. В общем, сейчас я с нетерпением жду следующей фигуры.
