I do not have a clear answer to this question. Generally, I try not to eat meat, especially since I usually don’t even want to. If I do, I eat white meat, i.e. chicken or turkey. But if I don’t eat red meat for a long time, I get anaemic, and I must admit that one rare steak improves my blood tests. You could say that I feel bad eating meat, but it seems that I have no choice.
I appreciate the honesty of your response to the question. It is somewhat of a conundrum when one tries not to eat meat but needs it for health reasons. I trust you will find the balance where you eat just enough.

Thank you for understanding. I am trying to figure out the balance in this question and hope to succeed one day. I am not ready to change my diet due to my different illnesses.

The nutrient density in meat, especially grass-fed beef is incredible — Do yourself a favor and grab a steak twice a week.
